September – Sunflowers at Nunobiki Wind Turbine Farm. Located on the Nunobiki plateau, just south of lake Inawashiro in central Fukushima. One of several alternative energy installations in Fukushima. Currently there are 33 wind turbines that generate enough power for approximately 35,000 homes.
