Ryus Noodle Bar is a small but packed little place with wonderful service! We were a big group of 8 and since Ryus doesn’t take reservations we had to wait for about 20 minutes. But it was definitely worth the wait for some uniquely flavoured ramen options.
We have started a new rating system so each participant at RR can share their rating of the ramen style they tried.
The rating is out of 5 bowls:
1 ramen bowl = some disappointing ramen
5 bowls = warped back to Japan deliciousness.
Each participant was given a strip of paper with 5 ramen bowls and could choose a nickname or went anonymous. They then listed the ramen they chose and the rating they gave that ramen on the strip to be collected. Some people also added some additional comments as well.
One Ramen Romper felt that an expression on a specific bowl on the ramen romp rating strips that were provided better illustrated their feelings about the Tsukemen Ramen they tried:
