On a rainy Good Friday we braved weather, TTC delays and route changes, all for a chance to keep that JETAA community spirit alive. We saw a small gathering at Zakkushi on Carlton, one of Toronto’s izakaya restaurants that is more dedicated towards yakitori meat skewers. It’s a great place to go when you are craving Japanese pub food as they offer a really wide menu of items, from skewers to sushi. They also offer a regular rotation of seasonal specialties, in true Japanese fashion. Thanks to everyone who came out, we’ll see you at the next Gochisou, Kanpai!
