Her culinary delight was Monjyayaki, a unique Tokyo-style okonomiyaki variant known for its mushy texture and caramelized edges, best enjoyed straight from the grill—a rare find outside of Japan.

Ervin mastered balancing independence with community engagement during the JET Programme. He enjoyed dancing and embracing outdoor activities.
