A position through RISE Recruiting Services. The client, a major international company located in downtown Toronto, is looking for a Payroll/Data Management Support position to fill a one-year contract starting immediately.
This position will be responsible for assisting with payroll and data entry functions according to established company procedures. They will also be expected to perform additional clerical work as required (mail, processing invoices, filing, etc.) and help out with projects as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
•Canadian payroll and data entry experience in an office environment (2 years)
•SAP experience (min. 1 year)
•ADP experience (min. 2 years)
•Ability to work discretely with sensitive and confidential information
•Canadian Payroll Association training (PCP – Payroll Fundamentals 1 & 2)
•Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently
•College or University Degree
•Solid written and verbal communicative ability
•Proficient with Microsoft Office
